30-Day Return Policy

At luckinjewels, we accept free full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange:

• State your reason for the refund or exchange
• Provide your PayPal account information for refund processing

Please note refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period. Processing may take several business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Incorrect/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs. For multiple items, return together to avoid additional charges.
• Other Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the product is in good condition.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be intact without signs of depreciation
• Original packaging must be included with all labels and tags
• Product must be in its original state
• Email the original receipt and return tracking number to [email protected]
